Seeking clarification on new Standard Option billing

We have 1 workspace which has 7 boards.

There are two consistent guests who are on all 7 boards and an additional 6-7 guests on each board.

Each board has different additional guests. No additional guest would be on more than one board.

How would our billing work if we chose the Standard option.

Jane, it sounds like you only have 2 people that are on multiple boards (everyone else is a single board guest). If that is the case, then you will pay $5*2 = $10/month or $120/year (when billed annually) for the Standard plan. You can check exactly how much you will get billed by going to the workspace settings page (see screenshot below). If it is showing more then $120/year then you either have more than 2 members or multi-board-guests on your workspace. You can remove some of the members or multi-board-guests by clicking on "members" in the left panel.
