As subscriptions are applied to workspaces, and one billing contact pays for all the billable users in a workspace, there is no way to split that bill so each user pays for themselves, for instance.
If you wish to discuss billing further, I'd recommend raising a ticket for this. You can raise a support request at https://trello.com/contact
Make sure that when you do this, you set the 'What can we help you with?' field to Billing.
