Hello, Trello is constantly jumping offline. This is not an issue with our internet. The software has been doing this for several days now. Every few seconds this happens as information is being entered. The program is also operating as if we are guests using the software, but we have a paid subscription. Please advise. Call if possible.

Welcome to the community! I've checked the Trello Status (atlassian.com) page, and there are no known issues in the last couple weeks. That doesn't mean that you don't have any issues of course, but it's always the first place to check :)
Secondly, if you're on the paid subscription, I would definitely advise you to contact Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/) for assistance. I assume you have already ruled out network issues by opening/using Trello from a device that's not using your company wifi (if applicable)?
