Rules calendar directing cards to sync as per date and time

Hi 

Does anyone know how we can sync cards in a board/list to sit in the correct position based off time and date in order.

I know you can add a rule to add to the top or the bottom of the list but it doesn't allow for the job to sit on the list as per the date and time scheduled.
