Removing admin user who left the company

Hi, I'd like to remove 

We are currently on free version of Trello and would like to remove a user who left the company. I removed him from Workspace users but I can't get rid of him from guest list since he is the admin on a couple of boards. Is there a way to remove him from the guest/boards list?

Or the admin account is the only one able to add/remove other administrators for a board. If that person has left the company, your only way to recover the board is to send an email to support@trello.com and explain the situation.
