Question about Trello plans

I'm currently a Trello Gold member with a free business plan.

I'd like to use more than my currently allowed power ups on a board, and the Business Class offering has higher limits.

Do I need to maintain both the Trello Gold and the Business Class memberships to get the benefit of uncapped power ups?

I don't mind if I have to transfer boards from my person account to the business account to do this if it means I don't need to carry both memberships forward.
