I have a public workspace that I set to be public long ago in the following link which I gave to guests without Trello\Atlassian accounts:
https://trello.com/w/workspace86685451
A few days (or at most 2 weeks) ago, guests that tried to visit the link started to show "page not found" with the message "this page may be private".
When I access the workspace from my account it works like always but when I try different browser without logging in, I get the same "page not found" error.
How can I get my public workspace to be public again to everybody that has the link, with or without Trello\Atlassian account?
Thank you for your help!
Hello David,
Welcome to the community!
I just tested the access using the link you shared, and I was able to view all the boards without any issues. Is the problem still occurring on your end?
I noticed that you need to be logged into a Trello account to access the workspace link. If you need to share the boards with others who aren’t logged in, you will need to provide separate links for each board, this will open without being logged as well as on incognito mode.

David, I checked with our engineering team and I found out it is a bug that the users can't see the workspace if not logged in, team is working on a fix already, thanks for the report! In the meantime you can use the link of a specific board if the user doesn't have a Trello account.
Kind Regards

Hi Alisson,
Thank you for getting back to me.
I gave the workspace link to people without Trello account for "read-only" purposes (I share it on my profile in multiple websites for references).
As you noted, it can't be accessed without being logged in.
Thanks to your reply, I understand that it is a temporary situation that was not intentional.
Do you have an estimation of a time schedule for fixing this issue? (weeks? a month? a year? more?)
Thank you very much for your time and patience.
