I created a button to automate the sending of a report and registered 2 emails for receipt.
aaaa@gmail.com
bbbb@bbbb.com.br
The report is delivered normally to ....@gmail.com.
But it can not be delivered to ....@bbbb.com.br
I've also checked in the SPAM box but it wasn't directed there.
Both are duly registered as members, including the user ....@bbbb.com.br is the administrator of the account.
Could someone help me please?

I was taking a look at our records and I saw there was one user that didn't have the gmail.com domain, so I suspected it was the one who was not receiving the email.
I checked our systems and I see that this email was suppressed. That happens when at some point, an email we sent to it was rejected or blocked by the company email system.
When this happens, we block/suppress future emails to the address to avoid sending emails you don't want to receive or if your email address has not been set up correctly.
I've removed that block on the email address, which will allow it to receive all emails from Trello moving forward.
