Hello, I need share a trello board with a user that is not able to access trello.
The message says: "We're having trouble logging you in. There seems to be an issue with your identity provider. Wait a few moments, then try again".
Are they logging in with a 3rd party authentication? This would then be a problem between Trello and the 3rd party. If the credentials are managed by somebody, there may be a problem with the managed credentials. There may be a glitch with the 3rd party. Only after ruling those two out can we start to look at if there's a problem with Trello, where I would think a bug report would be in order. However, the only thing that can really be done on your end would be to check into how the credentials are managed, if that's the situation you are in.
