People who joined with a link can't edit my board.

Hi,

I created a board where 100+ people will be using it (and being able to edit it). I want them to join via a link because I need to make a new board every week and adding them manually every week will be too much work.

I am still in the process of making and optimising the board but it has happened at least 2 times now that I send an invitation link to people to join a board and them unable to edit anything. They can only see the board (on the mobile app, not sure about the web) but they can't do anything on the board. They seem to not be members, but I did use the invitation link (the one in the top bar next to the members list, and not the one in the board menu). The board is not part of a team and is set to public visibility.

What is wrong, or what workaround can I use that won't be too much of a hassle for the people who join the board? Also, any tips with regards to managing such a large board would be appreciated, this is a medium-term solution, but if it works well enough might become a permanent one,

Kind Regards

@japieboschThe reason that some people can't edit a board might be that the invite email account is different than the mobile app email account.
