Hello to all my friends,

I am having trouble adding a card to pay for the subscription, and I immediately receive a message saying, "The Card was declined. Please use a different card or contact your bank." I have tested with several cards, but to no avail (we are based in Turkey but tried a friend's card in England with no success). The issue is that our workspace consists of 23 people and today, our entire team board has been locked due to the end of the trial period. I would appreciate it if you could help guide us through this.

Hi @Moein Karimi 

I guess that you automatically when trial period expired something was wrong with your card/payment and now you might be locked out since you use some features that you are not allowed until things would be downgraded.

This might be worth checking - https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/change-or-cancel-your-trello-plan/

I do not think that this is usual case. I suggest to contact also Trello sales support - https://trello.com/en/contact
