How can I find out if I am a paid account or a free account?

Hi @Lesa Gurley 

You can check this as from your Workspace home:

• Go to Trello homepage
• Open up the Board list for your Workspace

Right under the Workspace name it should state Enterprise, Premium, or Standard if you're on a paid plan. If they're not there (and it just says "Private") you're on a Free instance.

You can also check from Workspace Settings:

• Go to Trello homepage
• Open the settings options for your Workspace (using the "v" button)

If there's a Billing option you're on a paid plan. You can click this to see what level you have.

If it's not there, you're on Free. Click Settings to see more information. You can also see upgrade options from this next screen, view Workspace Settings (left-hand menu) > Upgrade workspace.
