One Drive PowerUp for attachments

I would confirmation my interpretation of the documentation. 

It says the Power Up feature is for attaching files directly from One Drive. There is a way for that feature to attach entire folders? If not, how does our staff upload folders to projects?

 

The reason for the request is some projects have a lot of files and my staff are looking for a faster process.
