It's strange, but I don't seem to get notifications when someone adds a card to a board by sending an email to the board.
I've set up "watch the whole board", but neither do I get a "red bell", nor an email notification. The card added per email just arrives calmly in the left most list.
This is regardless of whether I have the board open in Trello or Trello open at all.
What am I doing wrong?

I checked our logs and can confirm that emails have been sent to your email address. Could you please check your spam folder to see if the message may have ended up there?
If it's not in your spam folder, you may need to contact your network administrators to see if the mail message is being blocked at the network level.

As for the the notification bell, you should definitely be seeing that if you are watching the entire board 🤔
