New member invited, no email link sent to finalise set up. Please help!

Setting up a new member.  They've clicked on the link but they do not receive an email from Trello to finalise their set up.

Before contacting the support team, please try the following:

  1. Check spam email
  2. Resend the invitation from Trello.
  3. Try logging into Trello using their Atlassian credentials without needing to complete the email invitation.
