Started seeing this new icon to the right of my task titles, What is it and what does it do ?

Community Leaders are connectors, ambassadors, and mentors. On the online community, they serve as thought leaders, product experts, and moderators.
Could it be from a Browser Extension? Example I see this from the Grammaly Browser extension. Also try hovering the mouse over it to see if it gives a tooltip hinting what it is.
