My invited members cannot post a picture, how to solve this?

Hi
I am a new Trello user. I use it via my Avans-higher education schoolaccount. Tomorrow i want to use it in class, for actionresearch assignment, but it does not work how it should. My members cannot post anything. Annoying! I tested it with my husband. I invited him via a link through his e-mail, and added him as a member to my workspace. He can see the board, but he cannot post a picture. Which is necessary for class tomorrow. Does anybody know which setting i need to adjust in order to fix this?
