My Trello desktop app has started to "error out" anytime I try to open on my Mac laptop. (whereas had worked perfectly forever prior..) See screen shot attached of what happens...
I've tried fully uninstalling (using an an uninstall tool and manually), reinstalling (multiple times), updating my MacSoftware to ensure it wasn't an upgrade tech issue, and of course, fully starting ad restarting both the app and my laptop. NOthing.
I can log on to web interface so it's not an account issue. Any suggestions? Thanks!
@Kate Okenatez-Mahoney , could you please confirm which version of Trello app are you using also if this is an Apple silicon or an Intel one. I haven't faced any issue luckily recently on my Apple silicon one.
Hi! Thank you @Bibek Behera ! I am using whatever version of Trello is available in the applet store currently for MAC desktop (24-Nov, 2024) for MAC--looks like 2.15.2. I have an Intel processor. Yeah, I've not had issues until like the last two days, so not sure what happened. :-/

Unfortunately, at this point, you can only report this issue at app store and also with Trello support. Fingers crossed.

Ok. Unfortunately, I'm in the free tier, so don't seem to have any way to directly contact support. So, not sure if there's an escalation path via this board as this is super unfortunate. Thanks for the help Bibek. --Kate
