By mistake I contracted a plan for more users. I did not understand the system. I sent a message and nobody answered me. I am in an urgent situation, because I have no way to cover the amount of the credit card. Does anyone know what I can do?
I am sorry for your troubles, @Manuel, but the community is not the right/best place to resolve billing issues. This is a peer network of users/customers like you.
