Hi I'm building a leads board, cards are mailed in from our cms.
the board is connected to a MS teams channel that should get notifications
now:
-when i manually create a card, i get a notification
- when i fill in one of our quote requests, a card is mailed in, but no notification.
Is this a bug?
Is there a way around this?

Hm, I suspect this could be due to the difference in actions, specifically creating a card, vs emailing a card.
To do a bit more digging, would you mind sending us a message over on our contact form, and include an example of each of those messages please?
