I'm unable to log in to Trello because it asks for a 2FA code from my phone despite 2FA being disabled. I previously used 1Password for 2FA but when logging in it would accept the code and then take me to a second window to enter another code that I didn't have. I'm unable to enter my recovery key via any of these flows and my only option seems to be resetting my password (which isn't what I need).
I attempted to submit a ticket but there's no way to actually submit the form if you're logged in with an Atlassian ID and trying to get help. I've read the docs on 2FA and none of that applies to this situation where Trello is asking me for two separate 2FA codes and I'm unable to reset or bypass the Trello one.
Try creating a new account and then you can use the form, I believe. At least you can contact them this way.
I have access to my account, I just can't disable 2FA for Trello specifically for some reason. The form doesn't let me contact them about my account unless I have a cloud URL for some reason. The instructions on the form are incorrect as well -- they tell you how to get help with your account and when you follow those instructions there's no way to actually submit a ticket.
