Jira integration stops working from time to time

Hello,

I'have created a button in trello to create a jira issue when needed from a card.
But from time to time, it juste stop working with a generic error message. 
When this occurs, as now, it won't work at all for days! then it starts working again for weeks. This is at least the third time this year and it's really painfull.

Is there any thing I can do to fix this ? Any other solution ? Any way to have more information on what's going on and why ?

Can you make sure the Workspaces the boards you're automating in haven't hit their automation quota? https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/butler-quotas-and-limits/
