Normally I use a free package for working with my 50 members in a workspace. There will be some changes on May, 20th. I think the standard package matches my teams but it make me confused about some details.

For more understanding, I would like to know that I have to pay a standard package for only 1 user or all users for working with a team, haven't I?

Thank you for your answer.

It depends on how many of the users are guests on single boards, and how many are workspace members and how many of the guests are on multiple boards:

I've made this 10 min video on how the new rules work via various examples: https://youtu.be/rqmCHU_QxY8 (Your scenario is similar to Example 3: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rqmCHU_QxY8&t=387s)

Thank you for your answer. I have a further question that needs to be clarified.

Currently, our team needs at least two boards to work on and 9 of our team need to have access to both boards, does this mean we need those 9 users to be paid accounts? and the rest of the members that don't need to jump overboard can stay as a free account?

or one of us can be a paid account and the rest can jump overboard as guests?

If you make 41 uses that are not on multiple, only guests on their single board, then you do not need to pay for them if you switch to a paid plan... You only need to pay for the 9 users that are on multiple boards... But it is important the 41 are only guests... If the are workspace members they count as paid users regardless if the use all boards or not
