In some projects, I use labels in Trello to separate tasks between teams (development, design, testers). So, is there any way to filter the board by these labels? I would also like to filter by assignee

@Yevhen Rohovets yep hit the "f" key and choose what labels and assignees to show. You can also click "show menu" and then choose "search cards". This is different from the global search in the top left:
