Is there a way to modify a card to delete or rearrange the fixed catagories?

We want to be able to move or delete the fixed catagories on a card like the Description, Custom Fields and Gmail by Cardbox so we can essentially add multiple checklists that will be at the top of the card.  We have created multiple checklists and then tried to move the checklists to the top of the card or delete the catagories altogether, but those 3 catagories seem to be fixed and not able to delete or replace them.

Thank you for your help,

Hey there,

Vishaal here with Trello—thanks for reaching out

Currently, Trello doesn't offer the flexibility to rearrange elements like "Description," "Custom Fields," "Gmail by Cardbox," and "Activity" within a card interface, nor does it allow placing a checklist at the very top of the card layout. The interface is relatively fixed to maintain a standard user experience across boards. However, Trello is adaptable in other ways that might meet your needs:

  • You can indeed add multiple checklists to a single card, which allows for diverse tracking of tasks within the same thematic or project card. This feature can serve as a workaround for managing to-do items effectively.

  • Because we built Trello to be a next-generation web and mobile application, it doesn't have very robust built-in printing support. While we do offer printing in the app, it's not a heavily focused feature: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/printing-in-trello/ However, we are aware of third-party Power-Ups that allow for some more customizable printing from Trello, which you may want to check out: https://trello.com/power-ups/search?q=print

Do let me know if you've more questions. I'd be happy to help.
