I would like to know if there is an option or a plugin where it is possible to check specific options from a list and if there isn't a desired response among them, it would be possible to input your own response.
It would help optimize my goals with my team. I've been searching for days and haven't found satisfactory options, many of which are too complex. I would like them to be easy and intuitive to use so that even my interns can use them without any problems.
I would like it to be similar to how checklists are, directly on the card without having to open another program or use Google Forms, to be as simple, fast, and intuitive as possible.
Have you seen any of the marketplace checklist options? Can you please help me to understand what options you've looked at? As far as I am aware, most of the checklist plugins allow you to start with a default checklist template and then add onto it if need be. Would something like that work for you?
I don't know how to describe it very well, but I can give you an example of what I'm facing now that might help give a better idea of what I want.
For the example, I need my intern to note on the card that he is assembling a checklist that I already have ready. He should answer these questions with yes or no, or he can write his own response according to each case. In this example, I need him to inform me whether the property we are evaluating has garages. He can answer yes and specify how many there are, say no and explain why there are none, or he can also mention that the information about the garages for this property is linked in another type of document or any other details.

I see. I'm sorry, I missed it at first that this was a Trello question. I don't know how you would accomplish that. Have you looked at any of the form power ups for Trello?

yep they don't have any thing like some custom fields for checklist, just some very awful ways to create forms that is too much time consuming
