We are new Trello users, still under our free trial of the premium plan. We are looking forward to relying on Trello for project management this year. I would like to set up several automated actions with cards, boards and lists; but I have been unsuccessful in getting it to work. Is there a representative that could talk me through it, or maybe just a kind soul that has done it before and is willing to help?
