Have been going back and forth with TRELLO for a month. I'm the only person using the application. (single person no teams) I seemed to have lost my subscription after paying the annual fee. I cant use or find the account attached to the subscription and don't have power ups.
Looking for someone to help in real time. Maybe log in to my computer remotely.

@Tom ValeriThat's bad luck! I'd recommend to get the payment details, and with these contact Trello support. Trello support should be able to sort out to which email account the payment is connected to. Once you have this email account, you can do a password rest and regain access.
