Is there a change history database or someway to review change?

In the execution of projects, I want to be able to see a dashboard of card/list/board stats including completed cards. This includes tracking how many times a due date on a card was changed. This is so I can undertake lessons learned on assumptions with data, rather than memory and feelings. 

I understand there is no native dashboard for this, but is there a way to pull this data into something like Grafana?

Grafana looks interesting. Try it a board URL with .json appended or trello api to get to the board actions.
