Is it possible to remove someone from a Trello board without notifying them?

Hi , I found this article that you may find useful.
It states that if you remove a member from a team they will receive a notification. However if this is related to business class and you deactivate a member they will not be notified.

They are also notified when you remove them from the board. Even if there were a way they would find out when they tried to access it that they have been removed.
