Is it possible to reference users by their roles rather than individual users?

Hello,

Because we have so many individuals in the same role, we have to be able to assign tasks to a role in a template and then decide who is filling that role when the template is used. Do you guys know of a way to do that in Trello?

So for example, using @Sales tag will reference the user John Smith.
