Is it possible to get the email address to the creator of the Trello ticket?

There are many boards with the same lists. When a ticket enters a certain list, it's necessary to send custom message to the email address of the ticket creator. Is it possible?

@Egor Egorov the default email to board integration in Trello doesn't have any of the originating information in the card.

You can create a custom setup with something like Zapier which gives you better control over the format of the card, however you can't easily use Zapier to send an email to the person from the card.
