Is it possible for someone to view a private Trello board if they've been given the board's link?

I'm interested in creating a private Trello board that isn't indexed publicly, but still want to share it with individuals outside of the collaborator workspace for viewing purposes only. Does anyone know if this is achievable, or does the private setting restrict access solely to collaborators?

Hi @Jo Mills - welcome to the Community.

No - this is not possible. You can only see a private board if:

  • You are a member / admin / Observer on that board
  • If the board sits in a Standard / Premium / Enterprise Workspace you are an admin of
