Is it possible for University Team to get free access to Trello and Jira?

We are a university assistive tech team, helping out students to collaborate on project to help the disadvantaged population. Is there any possibility to get trello and jira access for our small yet organisation of 70 people?  I know a lot of companies help out university teams but don't know about Atlassian in particular.
