Invisible Trello Cards

I was searching for something on my Trello board and in the process my cards disappeared. It still shows that there's "7 cards" on a certain list but I cannot see any of the cards. When I added a new card that appeared as usual but none of the existing ones showed up. I have attached an image for reference. is there anyway to get these back?

It looks like you have a filter enabled. In the top right, there should be a green icon that says "Filtering is on" and you should be able to click the X on that icon to turn off filtering.
