Inquiries about conversion to paid accounts

Hello. I'm contacting you because I have a question.
I heard that if the Trello account is more than 10 people from April 8th, it will be changed to paid progress.
By any chance, if more than 10 people are registered, will the payment proceed automatically?
Or is it simply unavailable, and can the data be left and viewed?

We have more than 10 people registered, but we don't use it. Do we still have to proceed with the payment?
Or does it not pay even if I just keep it, and it stays unusable?

On April 8, you'll only be prevented from adding new users if you already have 10 or more collaborators in that Workspace. There will be no automatic upgrade or payment.

On May 20, if the Free Workspace still has more than 10 users, the boards within that Workspace will become read-only.

So, if you're not using Trello anymore, there's no need for you to take action.
