Thank you for reaching out to the community. Are you asking about canceling a Trello paid plan or completely deleting your Trello account?

If you’re referring to the former, please note that Trello paid plans are activated at the Workspace level. To cancel a Trello Workspace subscription, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Trello logo to view all your Workspaces in the left column.
2. Expand each Workspace and look for a suitcase icon labeled Billing—this identifies the Workspace with an active subscription.
3. Click on the Billing menu item to manage or cancel your Trello plan.

To delete your Trello account completely, click on your user avatar in the top right corner and click on the "Manage user account" link. Once there you can delete your account by heading to the "Account preferences" tab and clicking on the "Delete account" option you'll find at the bottom of the section.
