I want to have an explanation how to use it

Hello,

We are a team of 5 people , searching for a system that we can use to create tasks between each other.

We are transport company and tasks will be around 20 on a daily basis. They must include loading point/loading date/offloading point/offloading date/dimensions/weight/ready date/specifics.

I have a sales persons that will create the tasks for our freight forwarders. Once the Forwarders are ready , I want to send an offer back (with the task) to the sales persons. Sales take a look on the task and see what the offer for this shipment will be.
Let me know if Trello can be used for this!

Trello is built for this. There also many ways to handle this. So you have to ensure your processes are clear and perhaps walk through with a design consultant with a view to design baords(s), automation, etc for you.
