I want to change from Paid Trello account to free Trello account

I would like to keep the few boards we have I do not need the paid version

But do take note of information about downgrading to free on this page - for example:

If you decided to downgrade to the free plan, you'll be limited to 10 collaborators in a Workspace and will see a list of the 10 most active Workspace boards that will remain open (any other boards will be closed but not deleted). Extra boards can be closed prior to downgrading or moved to a different Workspace.

Hi Stephen,

Thanks for that I had a free version so I moved all the information I needed there.

When I canceled my subscription it only gave me the choice to go to another free version which I do not want. How can I cancel that Free workspace all together.?,

Hi @Prime Energy 

You need to downgrade the instance first, moving it to a Free instance.

Then you can delete the Workspace. See how to do that here: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/deleting-a-workspace/

Take note of the warnings on this page, especially that deleting the Workspace is permanent, and there is no undo option.
