I tried billing and subscription option but it doesn't show anything related to trial premium and also showing admin access errors

Based on my understanding, you can cancel a trial through Billing & Subscription settings.
If the free trial doesn’t appear, ensure you’re logged in as the admin and navigate to the correct product settings.
If you still face issues, escalate the request to Atlassian support: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/.
