I've just lost one of my Trello Boards - how can I retrieve it?

One of my Trello boards that was full of lists and cards, is now suddenly empty! Everything appears to be completely wiped and it was months of work and notes in there.

I have checked archives and cannot locate anything there. How can I retrieve all my lost work??

@Sarah Ferozedean My first thought would be to check archives, but seems like you looked there. It's actually quite hard to delete things in Trello so im not sure how you could have done it accidentally. 

If you go to "activity" in the board, does it show anything? Click the three dots in the top right of the board, and choose "Activity". Do you see anything there?
