I use the free version of trello and I have 2 members only on the board but tell me over 10 ?
In a Free Workspace, there is a new limit of 10 Collaborators.
You can see how many Collaborators are part of your workspace by going to its Member page (you can access it in the left panel)
It should show you Collaborators (10/10) at the top of the page, if you've hit the limit.
This is because Collaborators doesn't just count Workspace Members, but also Guests, and also also Join Requests. And they're all listed on that page so you can peruse them easily.
So you may need to prune non-workspace members who have access to your boards. But also any invites that never got accepted that are just lying around taking up Collaborator space.
Your board is probably in a workspace where there are other boards and other collaborators. The total across all your boards is greater than 10. This page explains the limit in more detail https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/workspace-user-limit/
