I transfered a board to a new account and cannot see it

I have a free Trello account and a work Trello account. I have followed the steps on moving the free board to the new standard paid workspace. I am admin. in both boards. When I log into my paid work account, the board is not there. I am sure I missed a step somewhere but I have not been able to find it. As soon as I add more than 10 collaborators, it won't let me edit any cards even though I am now paying. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!!

It could be that you have two workspaces associated with your work account, and you might have mistakenly transferred the board to a free workspace under your work account. You can check which workspace the board is in, by clicking on the Workspaces Tab on the Top-Left.
