I've removed the user's username as these are public forums :)

What can the user not see in your Workspace? And how did you invite the user to your Workspace? Did you use these instructions?

I'd also check the boards' visibility settings - see more on this page: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/changing-the-visibility-of-a-board/
