I only want the free version. Please cancel the premium plan

To whom it may concern,

I am a new user and just noticed that I am in a premium trial plan.  This is a mistake.   

Please cancel the premium plan for me .  I am not interested in any  paid program.  I only wan to use the free version. 

Please confirm you will change it on your end.  I was unable to find 'cancel' on my billing page.  I'd like to cancel it now.  

Please confirm and let me know when it's cancelled.

Please guide me thru how to be an admin and cancel the premium plan.  I went to admin and it is grayed out as enclosed screen shot.
