If you have not provided any payment information, you may not cancel the trial, but you also won't be charged when the trial ends, If that's not your case, you can try contacting Atlassian here:
support.atlassian.com/contact
Some options on that page will not allow you to contact them directly, so make sure you experiment with an option that allows you to submit a ticket.

@EILEEN CANGUA No worries! Atlassian won't charge you unless you give them your payment information. They don't operate that way, haha!
It's one of the few free trials these days you can actually try and not have to worry about cancelling your subscription. It's actually quite a nice feature!
I'd encourage you to give Trello Premium a try and just be aware of these features that will go away should you choose not to buy Premium.

Hi EILEEN CANGUA, you can cancel the subscription at any time. If its still in Trial period, you wont be charged. But if the trial period has expired, you need to pay. Even if your payment details are available, Atlassian wont charge you before confirming (unless you have preauthorized the payments).

Again, if some sort of technical issue is preventing you from cancelling, you can try to contact Atlassian. If that form doesn't work, I've heard these emails have worked for some:

Just be aware that if you have not provided Atlassian with any payment information, you won't be charged. They can't charge you, since they don't have your payment information on file.
If you have provided it, though, I would recommend contacting them as soon as possible so that you can get this resolved quickly. If I were you, I'd try all three contact methods.
