I don't receive Trello verification code in outlook in my microsoft accounts.
I'm not able to verify my account. Unable to receive the verification code at my E-mail.

Hi @Kevin Reinoso It looks like you have a support case for this over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/58/TRELLO-190871 and at the moment I cannot see any suppressions from our side. I would recommend trying to send the verification code once more, this should work now. But if it does not, I'd recommend replying to that support case for additional help here.

I have added the domains to my address book, checked in My Tenant in office 365 for any spam blocking, or rules and everything is all correct. There is no blocking.
I have done the other steps of the document that you have passed me but it does not work either.
I opened a ticket to support on March 12, but have not received a reply yet ..... I opened another ticket today, with another account that has the same problem, can you expedite the issue?
