I have an atlassian account, and I have set 2FA for it.
But when I'm signing to Trello, after the Atlassian's 2FA, another 2FA page shows as this support article says: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/troubleshooting-two-factor-authentication/
I have sent an email several days ago, but until now I haven't received any reply. I really need to login to my Trello account.
I registered Trello several years ago, now I can't find the backup codes. So could you please remove my Trello-only 2FA? Thank you!
@Erichain hey there, this isn't a support channel so we can't help you with that. When you created a ticket, you should have gotten an email with a link to it - I'd reply back on there and follow up.
Here is my ticket link: https://support.atlassian.com/requests/TRELLO-198748
Thanks! @Brittany Joiner

@Erichain glad you were able to get in! I know i didn't exactly solve this per se, but if you can accept this answer, it will helps folks know this issue is resolved so they know what to do if they have something similar happen!

For me the only thing that worked was using the old single use keys that I, thankfully, have saved on my dropbox.
