I can't see my checklist tasks on my Workspace View

Claire Barzan

On any given day, I will have a card or a checklist item due, across several boards. I am trying to set up a workspace view that shows me both card and checklist items that have been allocated to me. I also want my team to be able to see what my current workload is just by looking at the Workspace view.

How can I achieve this? I can't seem to get the checklist tasks to be visible.

Hi @Claire Barzan! Right now, the Workspace Views don't allow users to view checklist items that are assigned or unassigned on their boards. The only way you can view them is by opening the Calendar View for each of your boards.

Fortunately, you aren't the first person interested in this feature. So, I've added you as a +1 to our internal feature request ticket, where we're collecting our users' interest in viewing checklist items on the Workspace Calendar View. Thanks for sharing your feedback and interest with us, Claire.

Thanks Sal. Someone from Support mentioned the below in their email response to me. Thought it would be good to add here for others

For now, the best thing I can suggest would be to make use of the individual board Calendar view, which supports advanced checklist items with due dates. I realise it's not ideal because it doesn't combine multiple boards, but could be somewhat of a workaround in the meantime.

In case it helps with delivering the feature faster, I'm also interested in it. :)

This is also something that I see not just as helpful, but a necessity!  I'm not using the "teams" feature because I'm the sole employee of my business so I handle ALL aspects of it. So seeing tasks from all my workspaces is needed. Thanls!

Being able to view a separate list for individual's assigned checklist items would be priceless.  Allocating responsibilities evenly to prevent dual assignment, log-jams or overburdening is essential.   Does anybody know of any other Atlassian products that work with Trello that can provide this?

We are looking to develop the solution in house as it seems there is no immediately available way to accomplish this.  Would be a huge improvement for sure.
