Hi someone, please can you urgently help me!
When I logged into Trello with my existing account details (as I always do, but have recently been on leave) it asks me to "request access" to the boards and workspaces that I am admin of and none of my usual boards or workspaces there. It seems like a new account has somehow been created with the same email address as the username on this login is different to the one where all my boards are. I get the email request for access as seen in the attachment, but when I log in with that same email address that received the request, I can't see or access any workspaces or boards. I
My colleagues are able to login in as usual as see me as a user etc. but with a different username.
I'm on a premium account.

Welcome to the community.
Can you share the URL of the board you mentioned? With that I can find your correct account, I believe you created another one by accident based on your description. The account it's definitely not on the same address since it's not possible to have more than 1 account on the same email.

You can log in on this account to have your boards back. I will also sent a password reset for this email, so you can also check your emails to have access back.

The problem is that on my end the email address you gave me is the back-end address of the one I was trying to get in with. So they are two different email addresses visually, but one account- hence me getting emails to the same mailbox from both Trello accounts.
